Privacy Notice
Land Deal HQ processes information needed to provide, secure and improve the service, including account and workspace information, subscription and billing status, property and buyer research, transaction records, communications you authorize, support information and service usage.
How information is used
Information may be used to authenticate users, isolate workspaces, provide requested features, process subscriptions, maintain transaction workflows, prevent abuse, support users, operate authorized communications and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We may use hosting, database, authentication, payment, communications, analytics, mapping, AI and data providers. Those providers process information according to their roles and applicable terms. Raw payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than intentionally stored by Land Deal HQ.
Research and JV intake
Requests may include your name, email, county, parcel details, criteria and notes. Authorized operators use these to evaluate scope, research and respond. Do not submit payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive documents in intake forms. Contact landdealhq@gmail.com for support or privacy requests.
Property and business information
The service may process public-record, licensed, user-supplied or otherwise lawfully obtained property and business information. Public availability does not remove a user's responsibility to use information lawfully and respect applicable privacy, marketing and communications rules.
AI processing
Information submitted to AI-assisted features may be processed to produce research, summaries, classifications or workflow outputs. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and should verify consequential outputs.
Communications
If you authorize email, text or voice workflows, contact information and communication content may be processed to deliver and record those communications. Marketing and automated communications must be used only with the consent or other legal basis required by applicable law. Opt-out requests must be honored.
Retention and security
Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, dispute handling, transaction history and legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security. We use access controls and platform safeguards, and users are responsible for protecting account credentials.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion or other treatment of personal information, subject to legal, security and transaction-record exceptions. Account and subscription controls should be used for service and billing choices.
Workspace separation
Land Deal HQ is designed around role-based access and workspace separation. Users must not attempt to access another workspace or information they are not authorized to use.
